Q: Can I return or exchange feathers?
A: Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. Feathers can be taken in and out and for this reason we cannot allow returns or exchanges.
Q: Are the feathers on this site bundled?
A: No, every feather is sold individually which means they are all loose feathers.
Q: What do I do if I want to order a large quantity of feathers?
A: Please email us and we will setup a custom order for you. Price depends on quantity so if you are interested in a quote, please feel free to email us at [email protected]
Q: Are all the feathers that I order going to be the same size?
A: No. All of our feathers are natural which means they are not uniform. Feathers will range in length and width and can even vary slightly in color. Plume4You does not guarantee length or width of feathers, we give our customers the option to request longer feathers if they have long hair, however we can only provide the longest feathers we have… if you are concerned about the length of the feathers please email us and we can let you know what lengths we have in-stock.
Q: Are you able to process special or custom orders?
A: Yes, please email [email protected] , we would be happy to set up a custom order with all the colors and quantities to fit your personal needs.

Q: What are micro links and what colors do they come in?
A: Micro links are small silicone lined beads that you slip onto the hair and then slide the feathers through, using a pair of pliers the micro link is crushed to secure the feather in the hair. The micro links come in 4 different colors: blonde, dark blonde, brown (medium-reddish), dark brown (black).
Q: What if I need extra micro links?
A: Please send us an email and we will create a custom order for you and send you an invoice via email.
Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: It can take up to 3 days to process, but normally an order will be processed and ready to ship out the same day or next day depending on order time. Every order is shipped via USPS First Class mail which takes 3-5 business days depending on location.
Q: Can I get rush delivery?
A: Yes. If you need your order overnighted or next day shipped this is possible. You need email us your order with special instructions that it needs to be expedited. We will then send you an invoice via email, once payment has been received your order will be shipped out.
Q: What is the difference between fancy feathers and regular hair extension feathers?
A: Fancy feathers are a much thicker, feather-like feather. They also range in length and width, but much larger than regular feathers. They are a great addition to regular feather extensions as they stand out in your hair. Many people like to add them to the underneath section of their hair.
